Online Activities

MS-UK’s online activities are for people affected by multiple sclerosis (MS). They are designed to help you stay active, connected with others and manage your symptoms to live a happier and healthier life.

Our online activities take place via Zoom, allowing you to join in from the comfort of your own home and save on travel costs. All classes are accessible and some offer varying levels which means you can find a class that’s right for you.

Our Peer Support Service also offers the opportunity to connect and chat with other people affected by MS. Whilst the topic of conversation is not necessarily based on people’s MS, it provides the chance to talk to, connect and hear from others with similar interests.

How to take part?

To register for any activities you simply need to visit the My Portal section of our website. This is where you will be able to register for free, and view and book all our upcoming online activities.

Each session has a suggested donation of £5. These contributions help us sustain the service and allow us to bring you new and exciting events in the future. You can simply pay-as-you-go for each of your activities, or you can pay a monthly or annual subscription which will give you access to everything, including our previous activities. There are no contracts and you can cancel at any time.

If you’re struggling to use the portal, please see our helpful FAQs here.

You can also view our portal subscription terms of use here.

If you are unable to make donations or if your circumstances change and you are unable to pay your subscription, please do contact us by emailing register@ms-uk.org or calling the office on 01206 226500 so we can discuss your options. It is important to us that anyone affected by MS can access any of our services.

If you would like to know more about the activities we provide or have questions before joining, email register@ms-uk.org or call us on 01206 226500. Also, if you have any suggestions for activities or topics you would like to see us host, please email register@ms-uk.org.
