Navigating multiple sclerosis (MS) can be challenging, but you’re not alone. The MS-UK Helpline team are always here when you need them, offering information and emotional support. Whether it’s managing symptoms, accessing benefits, or simply seeking a friendly chat, we’re here for you.

How to contact the MS-UK Helpline

There are lots of ways you can get in touch with us.

Call

Our helpline is open for calls Monday to Friday, 10am to 4pm. Call us on 0800 783 0518. If we are not available, please leave us a voicemail and we will call you back, usually within 3 working days.

If you’d prefer a telephone call from us at a specific time, then you can email info@ms-uk.org. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

You can send us an email to info@ms-uk.org any time that suits you. We’ll respond within 3 working days. Feel free to leave a contact number if you’d like a call back too.

Our helpline is staffed by dedicated information officers, ready to provide you with the information you need to make the right choices for you. We will never tell you what to do and we won’t decide for you, but we’ll ensure you have the information you need so you can make the choices that are right for you.

Your privacy is paramount. Whatever you share stays with us, securely and confidentially. Your information is safe with us. When is the MS-UK Helpline open?

Our opening times are between 10am to 4pm, Monday to Friday.

If you get in touch out of these times then please feel free to leave a message, we aim to get back in touch within 3 working days.

Do I have to have MS to get in contact?

No, the MS-UK Helpline is open for anyone to ask about multiple sclerosis. Whether you have it yourself or are a family member or friend of someone with the condition, our friendly team really want to hear from you.

Is calling the Helpline free?

Yes, you don’t need to pay anything to MS-UK to use the Helpline services. We offer information around MS and emotional support free of charge.
