Current positions

Counselling Administrator

Hours: Part-time role of 4 hours per day/20 hours per week

Salary: £20,600 pro-rata per annum

Location: Colchester

This Counselling Administrator role sits within our counselling team. You will support the MS-UK Counselling service that provides online counselling to those with a diagnosis of MS across the UK by telephone or video call.

You will have excellent administration skills with proven experience in administrating a similar service which includes planning and managing appointments for multiple individuals at different stages in the counselling process. You will be confident in using a database/case management systems, have excellent communication skills via telephone and email and demonstrate you can provide outstanding customer care.

Responsibilities include dealing with telephone and email enquiries, processing referrals, planning and organising appointments, sending clients paperwork, maintaining and managing a waiting list and taking minutes at monthly team meetings.

This position is a part-time role of 4 hours per day/20 hours per week, to be worked Monday-Friday between 9am-5pm (times to be agreed). The successful candidate will be required to start as soon as possible. As the service grows the hours for this post may also increase as required.

Salary £20,600 pro-rata per annum
