What activities are available online for me to view and take part in?

Our online service is here to offer a range of activities for people affected by multiple sclerosis (MS), to stay active, connected with others and manage their symptoms to live happier and healthier lives.

Our online activities include our weekly online classes such as exercise, chair yoga, qigong and meditation classes which take place via Zoom. These are accessible classes offering a variation of accessibly levels to choose from.

Activities include courses such as mindfulness, monthly information sessions and workshops covering a range of topics from the latest MS research to common problems such as fatigue and spasticity.

Our Peer Support Service also offers the opportunity to connect and chat with other people affected by MS. Whilst the topic of conversation is not necessarily based on people’s MS, it provides the chance to talk to, connect and hear from others with similar interests. To join our peer pod, please visit our peer pod main page and click the contact us button to find out more.
