Continuing with the theme of the seasons from our previous sessions, we welcome back Indu Khurana, to host another creative session inspired by the current autumn season. Whether you participated in the previous session or are joining for the first time, this workshop is designed to provide valuable insights and enjoyable activities for everyone.
This session guides participants through three creative exercises, each designed to promote relaxation, self-expression, and group connection. The exercises are structured to provide a balance of reflection and group interaction, with opportunities to share and discuss if you would like to.
Engaging in creative activities has been widely shown to enhance mental health. This creativity session helps relax your mind, which in turn relaxes your body. The exercises taught in this session are simple enough to recreate at home, allowing you to experience their benefits both in the workshop and on your own whenever you wish.
You will get an opportunity to discuss your creations with other group members. Indu says that attendees can expect to experience ‘a sense of tranquillity, fun and creative expression in this interactive session’.
The wellbeing session will focus on three separate exercises
At the end of the session, there will be a feedback round, where each person can share a single word reflecting their experience.
This session is ideal for those seeking relaxation, creative exploration, self-expression and a break from daily stressors.
Join us for this session where you’ll discover the joy of relaxation and release your creativity in a supportive environment!
