You’re not alone in your journey, the MS-UK Helpline can support you emotionally every step of the way. You can contact us about anything, whether it is about managing your multiple sclerosis (MS) symptoms, accessing benefits or simply just to chat.
Our helpline is staffed by trained information officers and we’re here to provide you with all the information you may need to make your own decisions. We will never advise a course of action or make recommendations, but we will give you access to as much information as possible so that you can make choices that are right for you.
The MS-UK Helpline is open 10 am-4 pm Monday to Friday. To contact the MS-UK Helpline email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 0800 783 0518.
We aim to make accessing information about MS as easy and accessible as possible for everyone. Therefore, there are a number of ways you can get in touch.
If you prefer to discuss your query with someone on the telephone you can call the MS-UK Helpline free on 0800 783 0518 and speak with one of our information officers.
If your query isn’t urgent or requires detailed information and links you might like to send us an email by emailing email@example.com. This will allow our information officer to go away and research everything you need before they email you back.
Not everyone likes to speak on the phone, so perhaps you might like to live chat with one of our information officers using our webchat service. Just click the red envelope button in the bottom right corner of the page and start chatting. If an information officer isn’t available you can leave a message and someone will get back to you.
Keeping it confidential
We provide a confidential service. If you give us your name, address or phone number it will remain confidential and will not be passed on to third parties. It will be held on our secure database.
In exceptional circumstances, should you give us information that suggests that you or another a person is at serious risk of harm, then a breach of confidentiality may be necessary in order to protect you or that person. We will ordinarily advise you if this is the case.
