There is nothing quite like the buzz of marathon day in the capital, and in 2027 we will have over 100 runners take on the truly awesome TCS London Marathon in aid of MS-UK!

Join the team on our biggest day of the year, you’ll feel the energy of our cheering squads along the route, pushing you every step of the way. The celebrations begin as you cross the finish line and earn your medal. Join us at Horse Guards Parade where you’ll be welcomed as a hero by your friends, family and the MS-UK team.
