Our expert-led exercise classes are designed to help people with multiple sclerosis (MS) stay active, manage symptoms, and enhance overall wellbeing all from the comfort of home! These accessible sessions build confidence, helping you find and practice the right exercises independently.
Developed with direct input from the MS community, these weekly Zoom sessions focus on cardiovascular fitness, strength, flexibility, balance, and posture, all aimed at improving real-life mobility and independence. Each class lasts 30 minutes, and while no equipment is required, light hand weights and resistance bands can be beneficial.
You’re welcome to attend multiple sessions in a day! For more info or to register, email register@ms-uk.org.
