Mindfulness reduces this common problem in multiple sclerosisPublished: 04 May 2021 Mindfulness can reduce depression in people with multiple sclerosis (MS), a new study has found. The research, which took place in an outpatient clinic in Germany, found that reducing depression also led to a reduction in fatigue. A total of 69 people with MS took part in the study, and used self-assessment tools for evaluation. “The results suggest that mindfulness might be particularly relevant to counteract depression in MS which in turn can reduce fatigue,” the investigators wrote.
