Zeposia helps cognitive functionPublished: 09 August 2022 Zeposia (ozanimod) can help to stabilise or even improve cognition in people with multiple sclerosis (MS) according to a phase 3 clinical trial. Zeposia is taken orally and works by keeping immune cells within the lymph nodes, preventing them crossing into the brain and causing damage. The researchers said early, long-term treatment showed the best results as cognition was better preserved in people who had higher brain volume to begin with, before much damage had been done.
