Exercise worksheets
Before you begin any exercise always consult with your GP or consultant. You should consider whether you’ve had any new symptoms or change in circumstances, for example any joint issues that are exacerbated by exercise or other medical changes such as changes in blood pressure. If at any time you feel dizzy, nauseous, pain, short of breath stop exercising.
Aerobic exercises

Balance and core exercises
