Yoga on the mat for MS
Classes suitable for beginners and those with some previous experience.
These yoga classes are for those both new to yoga and for those with previous experience. The sessions are planned with MS in mind and to help improve the common issues associated with MS such as balance, spasticity, pain, fatigue and muscular weaknesses.
Each class will demonstrate gentle flowing yoga to improve strength, balance and flexibility as well as increase feelings of wellbeing and peacefulness.
Each class will include some mat based and standing postures as well as a guided relaxation.
Please have a yoga mat, water bottle, comfortable clothing, a blanket for relaxation. Ideally do not have a heavy meal at least 60 mins before class.”
If you can’t make the class live, don’t worry as these will be recorded and shared with everyone registering in advance.

The suggested donation for this session is £5, but you can donate an amount of your choosing from £1.
