Write for us

Woman writing in front of lit candles taking part in the creativity session for MS

We’ve all got a book in us, as the saying goes – but we aren’t asking you to write a novel, don’t worry! What we do need, though, is for people with multiple sclerosis (MS) just like you to share your experiences and help others.

Your story

Sharing your MS journey can help others feel less alone – whether they are newly diagnosed or many years down the line. Writing about how you’ve felt through your ups and downs and documenting how far you’ve come can not only feel empowering, but may just give someone else the confidence to reach out and engage with the help available here at MS-UK. Need some inspiration?

Diagnosis

Everyone’s MS diagnosis journey is different, but there’s always a story to tell. From first symptoms, tests and GP visits, through to finally getting the answers after so long – it helps others to hear your journey and many take comfort in the fact they really aren’t alone, and help is available. Why not pen a blog for our website about your story?

Our services

Have you signed up to MS-UK’s Online services? Maybe you enjoy our chair yoga classes, or have found kinship in one of our Peer Pods. Or perhaps you called the MS-UK helpline, and got the information you needed that day from a friendly, listening ear. Put pen to paper and tell us! Real-life experiences like this can inspire the people who need it most to reach out for help.

Fundraising

Are you a fundraiser? Why not blog about what you’ve been up to and let everyone know? You’d be amazed how much you might inspire someone else to take up a challenge and raise money for a good cause! Pop it in a blog for our website.

New Pathways

New Pathways is our magazine, read by over 2,000 people with MS both in the UK and abroad. We feature lots of real-life stories of people living with MS, so if you’d like to be considered for this, drop us a line!

We will need nice, clear pictures of you to accompany your written piece.
