Keeping Connected Peer Pod

Keeping Connected was created as a pilot Peer Pod and was the first opportunity that we were able to offer people living with multiple sclerosis (MS) the chance to come together online to chat, support and encourage each other and socialise in general.

There is no set theme, so conversations can be around any topics that you’d like, whether MS related or not.

These sessions are hosted by one of our volunteers – Sarah and held fortnightly on a Tuesday afternoon at 3pm. Everyone is welcome, so please do come and say hello – the more the merrier!

If you’re interested and would like to know more, please email our Peer Support Coordinator – Vicky at peersupport@ms-uk.org.

‘Hi, I’m Sarah and I volunteered to be one of MS-UK’s Peer Support Coordinators and host a regular online Peer Pod to help keep people living with multiple sclerosis (MS) connected. It’s all about keeping connected and having a good old chat, share experiences, ask questions or just listen and get to know everyone. So grab a tea, coffee or your favourite drink and join me anytime between 3pm and 4pm on alternate Tuesdays. Hope to see you there!’
