Join us for one of our two insightful introduction sessions where we will explore the fundamental concepts of life coaching, including its distinctions from counselling and the transformative potential it holds for individuals. At the end of the session, we will let you know how you can join our eight-week life coaching course starting in late February.

In this session we will be joined by Amanda Worpole who will be sharing her experiences as a life coach, working with people and their real-life coaching success stories. These examples include the success of health and fitness goals, a new career move and improving personal relationships.
We will also get a sneak peek into how our life coaching sessions will unfold if you would like to join us for our course. We will learn about the pillars of confidentiality, interactive engagement, the setting achievable goals for your chosen area, exploring current situations, evaluating options and committing to actionable steps that the life caching course will provide.

To join this session, please login or register in our Portal area. The session is free to join if you have a monthly or year subscription. You do not need a subscription to join, as you can register and provide a donation for the class. The suggested amount for the class is £5. If you unable to make a donation, please contact us to see how you can access the online classes.
A recording will be made available on the portal after the class and can be viewed if you have purchased a ticket either before or after the class has taken place.
