Introduction session to Life Coaching

Monday 12 February at 2pm and repeating at 7pm

Have you ever been curious about life coaching? Join us for one of our two insightful introduction sessions where we will explore the fundamental concepts of life coaching, including its distinctions from counselling and the transformative potential it holds for individuals. At the end of the session, we will let you know how you can join our eight-week life coaching course starting in late February.

Why life coaching?

Life coaching can offer a range of benefits for professional and personal goals, including health and wellness improvements for individuals with long-term health conditions such as multiple sclerosis (MS). This can help to complement the overall well-being and quality of life for individuals living with long term-health conditions. Some possible benefits of life coaching include:

  • Empowerment through achieving goals helping gain a sense of control
  • Helping cope with changes of long-term health conditions
  • Cultivate a positive mindset to improve resilience focusing on strengths rather than limitations
  • Stress reduction
  • Improved self-Image and confidence
  • Health and wellness
  • And many more

In this session we will be joined by Amanda Worpole who will be sharing her experiences as a life coach, working with people and their real-life coaching success stories. These examples include the success of health and fitness goals, a new career move and improving personal relationships.

We will also get a sneak peek into how our life coaching sessions will unfold if you would like to join us for our course. We will learn about the pillars of confidentiality, interactive engagement, the setting achievable goals for your chosen area, exploring current situations, evaluating options and committing to actionable steps that the life caching course will provide.

As we wrap up this exciting session, connect with Amanda for any lingering questions or to sign up for this empowering coaching experience. Your journey to a better you starts here!
