Curious about meditation but not sure where to start? Join Tracy, our welcoming meditation instructor, for a 45-minute guided taster session designed to help you slow down, breathe, and reconnect. 

In this introductory session, Tracy will 

  • Explain what meditation is and how it works 
  • Lead you through a calming guided meditation 
  • Create space for reflection and open discussion at the end 

Meditation is a powerful practice that helps still the mind and soothe the nervous system. With regular practice, it can support your overall well-being, mind, body, and spirit. 

Benefits of meditation include 

  • Improved focus and concentration 
  • Greater emotional balance and compassion 
  • Better rest and deeper sleep 
  • Reduced stress and anxiety

No experience necessary. Just bring yourself and a comfortable place to sit or lie down.
