Four-week mindfulness course survey

Thank you for taking the time to complete this evaluation survey. By completing the survey, we hope to get your feedback and understand the outcomes of the four-week mindfulness course so we can improve the offering in the future for others with MS.
As a reminder, the course goals were to start to:
  1. relate to yourself and your MS in a more kind and compassionate way
  2. use your breath and body to help reduce the harmful effects of stress on MS
  3. react less emotionally and respond more skilfully to the challenges of living with MS
