Did you know the MS-UK Helpline is here to support anyone affected by MS?

We understand how multiple sclerosis (MS) can affect the person living with the long-term health condition, their family, friends and loved ones in a range of ways. Whether you’re at the point of diagnosis or have questions relating to any aspect of the condition, our helpline is here to support you.

Our Helpline Information Officers are here to provide you with independent, unbiased information so that you can make informed decisions that are best for you. It could be a question about a new disease modifying therapy (DMT), a symptom or to help find you some local support, we’re here for you.

Anyone can call our helpline for information or emotional support relating to MS. An employer looking for ways to support a colleague, a spouse who needs a listening ear to help their loved one better or a person living with MS who has concerns. Anything spoken about with the helpline is confidential.

There is a range of ways that you can contact our helpline. Call free on 0800 783 0518, email info@ms-uk.org or use the webchat function on our website. Please note, that the helpline is open 10am-4pm, Monday to Friday, however, you’re welcome to leave a message anytime and a member of the team will get back to you within three working days.
