It could be a life changing experience for you as well

Our services support people like Diane, read her story…

I first heard of MS-UK virtually when I was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis (MS). I spent quite a lot of time in denial, so I didn’t use them very much, to begin with. As time passed, I used them more, and I realised that actually, they had so much information that was delivered in a very straightforward method, that reading it wasn’t as frightening as I thought it was going to be.

Firstly, the online information is brilliant, so informative and delivered in a way that gives you information without being scary. It’s information that you can share with friends and family.

Their counselling was life-changing for me. I can’t stress that enough. It has helped me in my day-to-day life dealing with my MS and also managing my relationships with family and friends. I would recommend counselling to everyone.

The charity explains new treatments in great detail so you can decide if it’s something you would like to try. Not only does it help with information, but it can also give you a better feeling of wellbeing. If I could offer just one piece of advice it would be to get in touch with MS-UK! It could be a life changing experience for you as well.
