MS-UK is here so that you can access the information and support you need to have independence, choice and control. Here you can find out more about our services, and how we can help you.

We’re here to support you, whether you are awaiting a diagnosis of multiple sclerosis or have been living with the condition for years. By listening to people affected by MS, we have developed resources about a range of topics, from diagnosis, drug treatments and research to complementary therapies, cannabis and supplements. 

The MS-UK Helpline is open 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday, and our trained MS Advisors are available to speak on the telephone or online via live web chat, or via email, whichever suits you. Our helpline also produce a range of resources for you to download, including our Choices leaflets and our newly diagnosed booklet.

New Pathways is our bi-monthly magazine. Available in print, audio version, large print and digitally via the My MS-UK app, New Pathways is full of the latest MS news regarding trials, drug development and research, real people’s stories as well as competitions, special offers and product reviews.

MS-UK Counselling is our confidential counselling service open to people living with multiple sclerosis, and is the only service of its kind available in the UK. Our counselling service is focussed on helping you understand yourself in light of your MS and explore its emotional impact on your life.

Josephs Court is our wellness centre, based in Colchester, Essex. Supporting over 115 active clients in our local area, Josephs Court enables people to improve their health and wellbeing. It has a range of specialised equipment to enable people to exercise in a safe, friendly environment as well as offering complementary therapies and social activities.
