MS services

MS-UK is here so that you can access the information and support you need to have independence, choice and control. Here you can find out more about our services, and how we can help you.

We’re here to support you, whether you are awaiting a diagnosis of multiple sclerosis or have been living with the condition for years. By listening to people affected by MS, we have developed resources about a range of topics, from diagnosis, drug treatments and research to complementary therapies, cannabis and supplements.

MS-UK staff are now working remotely to ensure that we can keep as many of our services available to support people living with multiple sclerosis (MS) as possible.

Due to a high volume of calls, responses from our helpline service may be delayed. However, if there is no one available to take your call please leave information about your query, email address and telephone number and a Helpline Information Officer will get back to you as soon as possible. Please note that it is likely that we will be able to respond to emails faster than telephone messages and that you may receive responses outside of office hours. To contact the MS-UK Helpline email info@ms-uk.org or call 0800 783 0518. Our helpline also produce a range of resources for you to download, including our Choices booklets and our newly diagnosed booklet.

New Pathways is our bi-monthly magazine. Available in print, audio version, large print and digitally via the My MS-UK app, New Pathways is full of the latest MS news regarding trials, drug development and research, real people’s stories as well as competitions, special offers and product reviews.

MS-UK holds a directory of private qualified counsellors who have completed our Counselling People with MS training course. If you would like a copy of the directory, please contact our MS-UK Helpline. Whilst we cannot endorse the professionals on our list, we do ensure they are all qualified and have an awareness of MS.

MS-UK’s online service offers a range of activities to stay active and connected for those affected by multiple sclerosis (MS) and manage their symptoms to live happier and healthier lives. Our activities online include accessible exercise sessions via Zoom. Other activities include mindfulness courses, chair yoga classes, information sessions and workshops.
