The Bladder & Bowel Community has launched a home delivery service for those who need appliances and prescriptions delivered straight to their door. The Bladder & Bowel Home Delivery Service is independent of manufacturers, which means its specialist advisors can recommend the product that is right for you.
The Home Delivery Service is tailored to your own requirements. Upon signing up, a dedicated personal advisor will get in touch to find out the best time for you to be contacted each month, either by phone or email, and you will always speak to the same person.
They will then liaise directly with your GP to find out your precise needs before calling you and taking down the quantities you need of certain items for the next month. The aim is to provide a quality, personal, and friendly home delivery service.
The Bladder & Bowel Home Delivery Service has been created in partnership with Bullen Healthcare. Bullen have been active in the ostomy market for over 150 years, and are a trusted and knowledgeable partner of the Bladder & Bowel Community.
The Bladder & Bowel Home Delivery Service has a Rapid Response Team, who work 365 days a year to make sure you’ll always have exactly what you need, whether you’ve run out of a particular item, or didn’t pack enough for your holiday.
Simon Jones, Marketing Manager at Bladder & Bowel, says: “We’re absolutely delighted to be able to offer this service to our community. We’ve listened to the feedback from our members to understand what they want and need in order to tailor this solution. Working with Bullen gives us a real opportunity to provide whatever appliance or medication someone needs and get it sent to their front door in a discreet manner.
“The feedback we’ve had so far has been overwhelming and it’s great that we continue to support our community in whatever ways we can.”
